摘　　要：提出一种直接用集成触发器触发晶闸管、PLC保护整流直流电源并结合工控机监视整流设备的监控保护系统。系统应用计算机技术将控制和监视融为一体,采用PI调节器闭环控制电解电流,同时设计了监视环节对整流直流电源的状况进行监视。This paper introduces a kind of integration triggering thyristor, PLC protected rectifier DC electrical source of electrolysis systern that rectifier monitor directly uses computer. This system combines the control and the monitor with computer technique and adopts PI regulator to control the electrolysis current in closed loop, In Addition, an equipment to keep watch on the working condition of total rectifier DC electrical source is designed.
