摘  要:目的:探讨电子垃圾拆解区(贵屿镇)儿童铅污染现状及其对儿童健康的影响。方法:选择贵屿镇154名(1-8)岁儿童(暴露组)及邻镇陈店镇124名同年龄段儿童(对照组)为研究对象;采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅水平(BLL)。结果:与对照组比,暴露组BLL几何均值为121.3μg/L,其中69.5%的儿童血铅值大于100μg/L(P〈0.01)。结论:电子拉圾拆解区大多数儿童处于高铅负荷状态,铅污染对当地儿童的健康构成威胁。Objective: To investigate the children's lead burden level in an electronic waste recycling area( Guiyu) and to discuss the effects of electronic waste on children's health. Methods: One hundred and fifty-four children aged from 1 to 8(exposure group)lived in electronic waste recycling area and 124 of the similar aged children(control group)livod in its adjacent area( Chendian) were chosen, and the blood lead level( BLL) was determined by graphite atomizer absorption spectrophotometer. Results: Compared with the control group, the geometric mean of BLL in the exposure group was 121.3μg/L, and 69.5% of them had exceeded 100μg/L( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Most children from the electronic waste recycling area have high lead burden level, and environmental lead pollution has been threatting the children health around the recycling site.
