摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和文明的进步,休闲体育活动成为人们休闲生活的主要方式。从哲学“和谐论”的视角探讨了休闲体育文化的人文价值,对这种社会现象兴起的哲学根源进行透析。认为休闲体育积极地促进了人与自然和谐相处、人与人的和谐相处以及人自身的发展。With the development of social economy and advancement of culture, leisure activity becomes people the main life style. The author discusses on humanistic value of leisure activity from view of philosophy theory, and analyzes the social phenomenal that spring up its philosophy resource. The result shows that leisure activity can promote the harmonious between people and nature as well as men and men, and people self development.
