摘　　要：胰腺癌仍是威胁健康的重要医学问题。在过去的10年中,有研究发现生长抑素及其类似物对受体表达阳性的正常和肿瘤细胞具有抗增殖作用。生长抑素及其类似物通过生长抑素受体发挥作用,而受体有5种亚型,其在正常或肿瘤细胞的表达是各不相同的。本文作者综述生长抑素及其类似物抗增殖活性的生物学机制方面的进展。Pancreatic cancer remains a major unsolved health problem. Over the past decade,antiproliferative effects of somatostatin and analogs have been reported in many somatostatin receptor-positive normal and tumor cell types. Somatostatin and analogs act through five somatostatin receptors（ SSTR1-5 ）which are variably expressed in normal and tumor cells. The present review focuses on recent advances in biological mechanisms involved in the antineoplastic activity of somatostatin and analogs.
