氪黄激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氪黄激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的临床疗效。方法临床确诊的CSC患者55例(60只眼),其中31例(34只眼)接受氪黄激光光凝治疗(激光组),24例(26只眼)接受药物治疗(对照组),观察治疗后患者的视力、眼底、荧光血管造影及病程变化。结果激光组1周内治愈者11只眼,2周内治愈者13只眼,1月内治愈者10只眼,平均疗程2.1周,2只眼复发(占5.88%)。对照组1月内治愈者2只眼,3月内治愈者14只眼,半年内治愈者6只眼,半年至1年内治愈者4只眼,平均疗程5.11月,6只眼复发(占23.08%)。两组在病程与复发上差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论氪黄激光治疗CSC安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation for central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods In 55 patients（60 eyes） who were diagnosed as CSC, 31 patients（34 eyes） underwent photocoagulation with krypton yellow laser （laser group）, 24 patients （26 eyes ） underwent drug treatment （control group）. The visual acuity, fundus examinations , fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） and the courses were analyzed. Results The recovery time of visual acuity in laser group were 11 eyes in one week, 13 eyes in two weeks, 10 eyes in one month, The recovery time of visual acuity in control group were 2 eyes in one month, 14 eyes in three months, 6 eyes in six month, 4 eyes from six months to one year. The recurrent cases in laser group were 2 eyes（5.88% ） and in control group were 6 eyes（23.08% ）. The average course was in laser group were 2.1 weeks and in control group were 5o 11 months. There was a significant difference in the courses and the recurrence （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation seems prominently effective and safe for CSC.
