摘　　要：近年来眼眶爆裂性骨折有不断增多的趋势,对其治疗方面存在的一些问题及概念需要讨论与明确,本文主要评述如何正确掌握眼眶爆裂性骨折的手术适应证、手术最佳时期和手术技巧等问题。The number of patients with orbital blow-out fracture is increasing in recent years. There are several problems and concepts should be discussed and defined.In this article, the surgical indications, the operation time and surgery skills of orbital blow-out fracture are discussed.
