国外高等教育阶段家具设计与制造人才的培养

摘　　要：对对意大利、德国、芬兰、美国的高等教育阶段和家具设计与制造方面相关的人才培养目标和课程设置的研究,得出高级人才培养应重视的是专业领域独立研究的能力和跨学科团队合作的能力,高等学校也应分为以学术为导向和以就业为导向两种不同的路径。在家具设计与制造人才培养上更应注意加强跨学科团队合作能力的培养,以及建立完整的知识框架,打破原有的学科界限。By the research of higher education in the subject of the furniture design and manufacturing in Italy, Germany, Finland and United States, comes to the conclusion that the higher grade education should focus on the cultivating of the abilities of independent research and cross-subject cooperation, and Universities should be separated in two parallel sectors： research oriented and career oriented. In the education of furniture design and manufacturing, to cultivate the ability of cross-subject cooperation should be paid more attention, and should construct the frame of knowledge structure and merge the independent subjects.
