摘 要:目的探讨了血清IGF-Ⅰ、TNF-α水平与脂质过氧化的关系。方法应用放免法测定44例脂肪肝患者血清IGF-Ⅰ、TNF-α水平,化学比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),并与30例正常人作比较。结果脂肪肝患者血清TNF-α、MDA水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而IGF-Ⅰ、SOD水平则非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),相关分析显示,血清TNF-α与MDA呈正相关(r=0.4318,P<0.05),IGF-Ⅰ与MDA呈负相关(r=-0.4132,P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝患者存在脂质过氧化,与IGF-Ⅰ和TNF-α存在相关性。Objective To assess the relationship between serum TNF-α, IGF- Ⅰ levels and lipid peroxidation in patients with fatty liver. Methods Serum TNF-α, IGF- Ⅰ (with RIA) levels were examined in 44 patients with fatty liver and 30 controls. Serum levels of malondialdehyde ( MDA), superoxidase (SOD) were measured with chemocolorimetry in these subjects. Results Serum levels of TNF-α, IGF- Ⅰ were significantly higher in patients with fatty liver than those in controls (P 〈 0.01 ) , while the serum levels of MDA, SOD were significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ). Serum levels of IGF - Ⅰ were negatively correlated with MDA levels (r = -0.4132,P〈0.05), TNF-α levels were positive correlated with MDA levels (r=0. 4318,P〈0.05). Conclusion Lipid peroxi- dation was present in patients with fatty liver, with correlated changes of TNF - α and IGF - Ⅰ levels.
