原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-Ⅰ(SICAM-1)、L-选择素(L-Se-lection)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化。方法采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)对35例原发性肝癌患者进行手术前后血清SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF测定,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果手术前血清SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。手术后6个月,复发者血清SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF水平持续异常;未复发者SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF水平恢复正常。结论观察原发性肝癌患者血清SICAM-1、L-Selection和VEGF水平的变化与原发性肝癌患者的病情和预后密切相关。Objective To study the changes of the serum SICAM - 1, L - Selection and VEGF levels after operative treatment in 35 patients with primary liver cancers. Methods Serum SICAM - 1, L - Selection and VEGF （ with ELISA） levels were measured in 35 patients with primary liver cancers both before and after operative treatment as well as in 30 controls. Results Before operation, the serum SICAM -1, L- Selection and VEGF levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls （P 〈0.01 ）. Six months after operation, patients without recurrence had their SICAM - 1, L - Selection and VEGF levels returned to normal but in the patients with recurrences the levels were about the same as those before operation. Conclusion The changes of serum SICAM - 1, L - Selection and VEGF levels in patients with liver cancers were closely related to the progress of diseases and could be of prognostic value.
