乐胃饮调整FD大鼠耐寒和常压耐缺氧能力的实验研究

摘  要:目的:结合功能性消化不良(FD)的中医病机基础和临床症状建立模型,研究乐胃饮对FD模型大鼠寒冷刺激条件下及缺氧环境下存活时间、血清TNF、IL-6含量的影响。方法:用乐胃饮对适度夹尾刺激法致FD模型大鼠进行实验,给药14天后检测应激和免疫指标。结果:中、高剂量乐胃饮可显著增强FD大鼠的耐寒能力(P<0.01);高剂量乐胃饮可明显延长FD大鼠耐缺氧时间(P<0.05),低、中剂量组耐缺氧时间增加;低、中、高剂量乐胃饮可不同程度提高FD大鼠血清IL-6含量;中、高剂量乐胃饮可显著提高FD大鼠血清TNF含量(P<0.01)。结论:乐胃饮能调整FD大鼠的免疫功能和对有害刺激的耐受能力。Objective :On the union of the clinic symdrome in western medicine and the pathogenesis in Chinese medicine foundation of Funtional dyspepsia( FD), to study the effect of Leweiyin( abbr. lwy) on the ablity of anti - stress( anti - cold and anti - hypoxic)and immunoloregulation in FD rats, blood serum TNF α and the blood serum IL- 6 content changes to the FD rats. Methods: 108 wistar rats were made into FD models by the application of Clamping the tail. After 2 weeks treating continuouslyby lwy,the rats were carried out cold -resisting experiment, hypoxic -resisting under normal pressure experiment and detection the content of blood serum TNFα and the blood serum IL - 6. Results : Anti - cold experiment : there was a significant difference between large,moderat dosage group and model group( P 〈 0.01 )anti -hypoxic Environment experiment :the time of shenlingbaizhu group and large dosage group were significantly longer than modle group( P 〈 0.05 )the content of blood serum TNFα detection:the content of large and moderat dosage group were significantly higher than model group( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion :lwy can enhance the immnity of FD rats and impreove the anti stress ability,and probably that is the mechanism and the channel of lwy treating and preventing from FD.
