β-细辛醚灌胃和喷雾给药对哮喘模型豚鼠的平喘作用研究

摘　　要：目的:通过灌胃和喷雾两种给药方法,研究β-细辛醚对哮喘模型豚鼠的平喘作用。方法:通过卵蛋白雾化吸入致敏法复制豚鼠哮喘模型,造模7天后,各药物组分别以喷雾和灌胃两种方式给药,连续给药7天后引喘,记录豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和跌倒潜伏期。结果:β-细辛醚采用喷雾和灌胃给药都有延长模型豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和跌倒潜伏期的作用。虽喷雾剂量只是灌胃剂量的1/2,但喷雾给药时β-细辛醚的作用效果好于灌胃给药,其延长哮喘潜伏期能力和抗跌倒能力强于灌胃给药。结论:β细辛醚喷雾给药和灌胃给药都有一定的拮抗模型豚鼠哮喘发作的作用,喷雾给药比灌胃给药的效果更显著。Objective ：To investigate the asthma - reducing effect of β - asarone through medications of stomach - perfusion and spray administration. Methods ： Asthma model in guinea pig was made by inhalation with ovalbumin. Medications of stomach - perfusion and spray administration were used after 7 days and treatment course was also 7 days. Then asthma was induced and we recorded the fall down latency and latency of induced asthma. Results ： It was showed that both medications of stomach - perfusion and spray administration with β - asarone could prolong the fall clown latency and latency of induced asthma. Although the dosage of spray administration group was just a half of that in stomach - perfusion group, the effect of prolonging the fall down latency and latency of induced asthma in spray administration group was better than that in stomach - perfusion group. Conclusion ： As to β - asarone, both medications of stomach -perfusion and spray administration for asthma model in guinea pigs were effective. But the spray administration group showed more significant effect.
