摘　　要：目的:研究探讨复方大黄膏对皮肤的毒性作用。方法:利用健康SD大鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验;用健康大耳白兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果:复方大黄膏对健康SD大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无急性毒性反应;对健康白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激;对健康豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:复方大黄膏对皮肤无急性毒性和刺激作用,也无致敏作用,用于痤疮等皮肤疾患的治疗是安全的。Objective： To investigate the toxic effect of compound Daihuang ointment on cutis. Method： SD rat , rabbit and guinea pig were used to test acute toxic, stimulative, and hypersusceptible reaction in treated by compound Daihuang ointment, respectively. Results ：the Result showed that compound Daihuang ointment has no acute toxicity, stimulative, and hypersusceptibility reaction to difference species animal, either in full cutis or injured cutis. Conclution： compound Daihuang ointment is a safety drug in treatment such desieases as acne.
