护生竞争与合作策略取向的研究与分析

摘　　要：目的了解护生的竞争/合作策略取向及其相关因素,为护理教学改革提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,以“竞争/合作策略标度”量表作为测量工具,采用张智研制的相关性量表进行分析。结果护生的竞争策略均分值高于合作策略均分值。护理本科生合作和竞争策略均分值的差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论护理教学应注重加强素质教育,从改革教学方法和考评方式的角度,减轻竞争压力,培养护生合作意识,增强合作能力。Objective To study the cooperation and the competition tendency of nursing students, and then make out the reference for nursing teaching reform. Methods Investigated the cooperation and the competition conditon of nursing students by the ,self- designed questionnaire, and then using the Zhangzhi＇s scale to analyze the datum which have obtained from the questionnaire. Results The scores of competition were higher than the scores of cooperation signifieantly, P〈0.01. Conclusion The quality education should be emphasised in the course of nursing teaching, the cooperation spirit should be strengthen for the nurisng students.
