摘 要:目的:探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)患者的神经电生理、脑脊液免疫球蛋白(CSF-Ig)与临床三者之间的关联性。方法:对32例GBS患者进行神经电生理检查和CSF-Ig检测。结果:神经电生理检查发现运动神经传导速度(MCV)和F波异常率均大于体感诱发电位(SEP)、肌电图(EMG)和脑电图(EEG)的异常率,临床各型GBS之间以上结果的异常率比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),CSF-Ig检测结果在临床各型GBS之间比较差异亦无显著意义(P>0.05),但与对照组对比差异有显著意义(P< 0.01)。CSF-Ig明显升高时,MCV明显减慢,伴有波幅的明显降低。结论:神经电生理和CSF-Ig异常程度对了解周围神经髓鞘脱失程度和判断本病的预后有重要的价值,且CSF-Ig和神经电生理检查可作为诊断本病及观察疗效的参考指标,神经电生理检查还可以作为神经康复的动态观察指标。Objective: To investigate the relationsheip among electroneurophysiological examination, immunoglobulin test in cerebrospinal fluid and clinic fealure in patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome. Methods; The electronerurophysillogical examination was ere advanced and immunoglobulin G in cerebrospinal fluid was measured in 32 patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome. Results:The abnormality rates of motor conduction velocity (MCV) and F wave was higher than that of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) , eleetromyogram (EMG) or electroencephalogram(EEG) . Compared with the control group , the levels of immunoglobulin G in cerebrospinal fluid were elevated , and MCV slowed down obviously with remarkably degraded and amplitude of the waves. However, there were no significant differences in each type of Guillian-Barre syndrome. Conclusion: Abnormality of electroneurophysiological test and immunoglobulin test in eerebrospinal fluid plays an important role in observing the degree of peripheral nerve myelinolysis and prognosis of Guilian-Barre syndrome. The electroneurophysiology was regarded as a dynamical index of neurological rehabilitation .
