摘  要:采用塑性有限元方法建立了自冲铆接有限元模型,对自冲铆接过程进行了数值模拟分析。探讨了铆接过程中半空心铆钉和板料的变形特点,以及凹模凸台高度对铆接效果的影响程度。模拟、试验结果表明,自冲铆接过程分为压紧、铆钉穿透板料、铆钉尾部张开和成型(墩锻)4个阶段;塑性变形主要集中在铆钉尾部与板料及模具与板料的接触部位;当凹模凸台较高时,自冲铆接的自锁性能和效果较好;模拟结果和试验结果吻合较好。Apply the plastic FE method to establish self-pierce riveting (SPR)FE model,simulate and analyze the process of SPR.This paper also discusses the deformation features of semi-hollow core rivet and sheets in the course of riveting,the effects of die and boss height on riveting quality,The simulation and test results show that SPR is divided into 4 stages,pressing,rivet penetrating sheets,open at the end of rivet,formation ;the plastic deformation is mainly in the contacting area between rivet end and sheets,die and sheets;the self-lock performance and effect of SPR are good when the height of die and boss is higher;simulation results agree well with the tests,
