摘　　要：创新型人才是建设创新型国家的根本,服务方向的调整和重新定位给高校人才的培养带来重大的影响,如何在属地化的大背景下培养出高素质的创新型人才是当前我国地质类院校所面临的共同问题。从适应社会经济发展的需求出发,本文对专业结构调整、教师队伍建设、开设新型边缘学科、完善人才培养机制,增强办学底蕴等方面系统、详实地阐述了如何加强地矿类专业学科建设,为国土资源行业和地方经济建设服务。Innovative talent is the fundamentality of innovative nation. The regulating and new orientation will take the great effect to talent cultivation in universities. How to bring up innovative talent with higher stuff is a actual question to the university in the filed of geology under the flat condition. From the point of view of being seasoned with the development of economy, including specialty structure regulating and teacher team building and setting up newer cutting-edge subject and enhancing training mechanism and enhancing potential on training by serving for region economy progress, the paper expatiates how to enhance geology subject building and how to serve for country resource industry and region economy building by the numbers.
