摘　　要：我国企业集团的组建起始于20世纪80年代初的横向经济科技协作,经过20多年的发展,目前大多数企业集团尚处于初创期或发展期,本文主要针对我国企业集团的发展现状,找出处于初创期的企业集团财务战略的不足,以确立其财务战略的定位与实施重点。The orgnization of Chinese enterpise groups started from the time of horizontal ecnomie and scientific cooperation at early 1980＇ s. After over twenty years＇ development, at present, most enterprise groups still stay in primary or developing stage. This paper tries to find out the insnfticiency of finieial strategy of enterprise groups at the primary seage in the current developing situation, so as to set the orentation and essential point of implementation of financial strategy.
