口腔全景片在多个牙根管治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估口腔全景片在多个牙根管治疗术中的应用价值和效果。方法48例共160牙，在同一患者同时存在多个牙齿需做根管治疗时。采用术前口腔全景片及个别小牙片的方法，以明确病变，利于诊断和疗效判断。结果对所病例随访3—6月，所有患牙获得良好的临床和X片疗效。结论口腔全景片在多个牙根管治疗中有重要作用，便于明确诊断治疗和术后疗效判断。利于资料保存以及随访观察和修复治疗。Objective To assess the reauhs and vaule of oral radiogram in endodontic treatment of palyo - dontia with severe. Pulpitis and apical Peridontitis role. Methods 48 Patients were included in the study, A total of 160 teeth were treated with contemporary root canal treatment in this research. Treatment resutets and diagnosis were evaluated with Panoramic oral radiogyara during the treatment, After successful root - canal. filling most of the cases were treated with restorative treatment. Results Satisfying clini,cal and radiographical results were obtained in all the cases after 3 - 6 months follow up. Conclusion Panoramic oral radiogram plays a decisive role in endodontic treatment of phyo - dontia. Panoramic oral radiogram is the useful tool in measurement of root canal treament also in collection of data and communica- tion in patients dentist or dental defective prosthesis.
