牙隐裂牙的对侧同名牙的临床情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解牙隐裂牙的对侧同名牙的患病情况,并早期对其进行治疗。方法在治疗156颗牙隐裂牙的同时,详细记录其对侧同名牙的有关情况,并对这些情况进行统计分析。结果156颗牙牙体中无症状者占67.30%,有异常情况者占32.70%。结论当一侧牙体出现牙隐裂时其对侧同名牙患牙隐裂的可能性增大,有必要对这些牙体进行早期预防和治疗。Objective To investigate the diseased conditions of the counterpart of the cracked tooth on the apposite side and treat them early. Methods While treating 156 cracked tooth, we kept a record of the diseased conditions of their counterpart on the opposite side. And a statistical analysis was made. Results Of the 156 counterpart of the cracked tooth on the opposite side, 61.52% were normal, 32.70% were abnormal. Conclusion When a cracked tooth appears on one side, its counterpart on the opposite side may also crack. So early prevention and treatment may be necessary.
