儿童心理行为问题的咨询矫治模式及其效果研究

摘　　要：【目的】建立儿童心理行为问题咨询矫治模式,评估其可行性及有效性。【方法】建立专科门诊,设置咨询矫治流程和模式,对1 784例儿童心理行为问题进行诊断、咨询,对其中488例进行训练矫治。【结果】显效303例(占62.1%),有效169例(占34.6%),无效16例(占3.3%)。诊断越早、训练越早、年龄越小、训练强度越大、时间越长,家长越配合,效果越好。【结论】多学科参与的综合训练和行为矫治对儿童心理行为问题疗效显著,该儿童心理行为问题咨询矫治模式是可行、有效的,可在地市级以上的医疗保健机构加以实施。[Objective] To establish the consultation and treatment of child psychology and behavior problems for evaluation of its feasibility and effects. [Methods] Special outpatient department as well as corresponding flow and mode were established. 1 784 children with psychology and behavior problems were diagnosed and consulted. Among them 488 children aged from 1 to 14 years old were enrolled into the treatment trainings. 1 302 children enrolled were male, while 482 of them were female. [Results] Among those enrolled into the trainings,303 children had apparent positive effects,169 children had positive effects, and 16 children turned out to have no effects. This study showed the earlier diagnosis, smaller age, stronger training intension, longer training time and better cooperation from parents, the better effects the child could get. [Conclusions] The comprehensive training and behavior treatment under a direction of muttidiseipline has apparent positive effects on child psychology and behavior problems. It is feasible and effective for this consultation and treatment of child psychology and behavior problems, which can be adopted by hospitals over district city level.
