天津市城乡46357名7岁以下儿童体格发育调查

摘　　要：【目的】了解天津市城乡7岁以下儿童体格生长现状和变化趋势。【方法】采取随机整群抽样的方法,分城、乡,男、女各22个年龄组,对7岁以下儿童进行体重、身高、坐高、胸围、头围、上臂围六个体格生长指标的测量,及与儿童生长发育相关资料的调查。【结果】共调查天津市城乡儿童46 357人,男童的体格生长指标好于女童,城市儿童好于农村儿童,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。天津市城区儿童体格发育指标的均值较1995年天津市儿童体格发育调查结果增高,总体水平高于国内、国际参考标准。【结论】身高、体重作为评价儿童生长发育的重要指标。体重的增长幅度大于身高,以及胸廓的大增长幅度可能是肥胖儿童增加的一种表现。上臂围的测量结果反映了随年龄增长而增长的趋势,能否作为大人群儿童的常规测量项目值得探讨。[Objective] To investigate the prevalence of physical development in children aged 7 years and less in Tianjn city and rural district. [Methods] Totally 46 357 children were investigated with stratified random sampling. Physical examination was on them to obtain their indicators of physical development, such as weight, height, and etc. [Results] With weight and height as indicators, physical development in male children was better than that of female children,which in city children was better than that of rural children. [Conclusions] The physical development status of children in Tianjn is good. The indicators of physical development are better than those of ten years ago, which are better than internal level.
