狐源犬瘟热病毒的分离及RT-PCR鉴定

摘　　要：为开展犬瘟热疫苗研究的前期工作,采用Vero细胞分离病毒的方法,选择保守基因N基因做RT-PCR鉴定,结果表明,该方法可成功分离出病毒并扩增出861 bp片段,与预计的片段大小一致。A strain of virus was isolated from the materials of a died fox from one fox farm in Hebei province by Veto cell line. The cell evidently became circularity and net shape after 2 days wben inoculated the 3 passage isolated vires. The RNA of the vires was obtained from infectious cell by Trizol and 861 bp segment was amplified by RT-PCR method, which was as long as anticipation. The result proved the isolated virus was CDV.
