摘 要:目的探讨超声在中央性肺癌并肺不张中应用的可行性。方法对170例中央型肺癌并肺不张患者行同期双盲胸部超声和常规X-线胸片检查,将两者的结果行前瞻性比较。结果超声、胸片对伴有胸水或胸膜增厚肺不张的检出情况为100%和38.36%、对不张肺内肿块的检出为91.17%和30.40%(P<0.005);对不张肺内肿块大小作出界定者为92.26%和15.79%(P<0.005)。结论中央性肺癌伴肺不张时,与传统胸片比,超声更有价值。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of central lung cancer (CLC) complicated with obstructive atelectasis (OA) and to compare with conventional X-ray. Methods In a prospective double-blind randomized concurrent controlled trial, 170 patients with CLC complicated with OA underwent X-ray plain film and ultrasound simultaneously. Results The sensitivity of pleural effusion and pleural thickening atelectasis in the disease on ultrasound and X-ray was 100% and 38.36%, respectively; the detection rate of the tumor in atelectasis was 91.17% and 30.40%,respectively,P〈0. 005;the border demarcation of the tumor was 92. 26% and 15. 79%, respectively (P〈0. 005). Conclusions Ultrasonography is superior to X-ray in the diagnosis of CLC with OA.
