原发性肝癌组织中骨桥蛋白与MMP-2的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：检测原发性肝癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达。对原发性肝癌与正常肝脏组织标本,应用免疫组织化学技术检测OPN和MMP-2蛋白的表达。42例肝癌组织中OPN及MMP-2蛋白的表达阳性率分别为71．4%和66．7%,两者表达呈正相关(P＜0．01)。并且两者在肝癌不同分期和分级之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05)。4例正常肝脏组织中均未见阳性表达。OPN阳性表达可能与肿瘤的浸润转移有关,OPN与MMP-2可能在肝癌的进展中起协同作用。To investigate expressions of osteopontin （OPN） and matrix metalloproteinase -2 （MMP- 2） in hepatocellular carcinoma and their clinical significance. The expression of OPN in the liver of 42 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 4 normal controls was detected using SP Immunohistochemical technique. The positive expression rates of OPN and MMP -2 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue were 71.4% （30/42） and 66. 7% （28/42）respectively. And the expression of OPN was significantly correlated with the expression of MMP -2（ P 〈0. 01 ）. The expressions of OPn and MMP -2 were related to the tumor grade and clinical stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. OPN might play an important role in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma and be a potential marker for invasion and metastasis of hepatoellular carcinoma. OPN and MMP -2 might play synergetic roles in hepatocellular carcinogenesis.
