摘　　要：目的探讨P糖蛋白(P-gp)在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测48例大肠癌组织中P-gp的表达,并分析与临床病理特征的关系。结果P-gp表达与淋巴结转移有关,与性别、年龄、原发肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度、局部浸润深度、远处转移、Duke’s分期无关。结论临床检测大肠癌P-gp表达对大肠癌化疗方案的选择具有重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of P-glycoprotein（P-gp） in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression patterns of P-gp in 48 patients with colorectal carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry SP mothod and were analyzed its correlation to clinic opathological features. Results The expression of P-gp was related to lympy node metastasis, hs expression was not related to sex and age of the patients, localization of the primary tumor, tumorsize, histological grade, localinvasion, distant metastasis and Duke＇s stage. Conclusion Detecting the expression of P-gp might play an important role in chemotherapy strategy of colorectal carcinoma.
