摘 要:目的:用超声指标和病理指标评价大鼠颈总动脉机械损伤模型。方法:建立大鼠颈总动脉内皮剥脱模型,在术后1、7、28d分别超声观察颈总动脉管腔、血流速度、脉动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI),与病理切片对照。结果:大鼠颈总动脉内皮剥脱后管腔狭窄,血流速度减慢,PI、RI增高,均于损伤第28天达峰值。结论:超声指标能够无创动态观察大鼠颈总动脉损伤及修复过程。Objective.. To evaluate the de-endothelialization model in rat carotid artery with Doppler ultrasound and pathologic analysis. Methods: The rat model was established by denuding the carotid endothelium; dynamic changes of inner diameters, hemodynamics, pulsatile index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were observed by ultrasonic technique at 1 d, 7 d and 28 d after de-endothelialization and pathology findings were compared. Results: The lu minal diameters, the maximal and minimal blood velocities were decreased after de-endothelialization, whereas the pulsatile index(H) and resistance index (RI) were increased. Conclusion: Doppler ultrasonic technique can be used to observe the injury and reparation of rat carotid artery after de-endothelialization.
