摘　　要：从转换为其它公司股票的可转换债券、可变支付债券、重组与资产证券化三方面分析高负债企业再融资问题.The refinancing problem is discussed, which is faced by enterprises with high debt in the process of changing into other companies＇ stocks in the terms of conversable bones, defraying changeable bones and the restructuring as well as transforming of capital into negotiable securities.
