摘　　要：高校科技工作要坚持科学发展观,坚持“以人为本”,不断进行制度创新、管理创新,充分调动广大科技工作者的主动性和积极性,以特色和创新求发展,走出一条特色鲜明、优势突出的科技创新之路,实现跨越式持续发展。Upholding the scientific development concept, and adhering to the ＂people- oriented＂ are necessary in science and technology work of Colleges. Science and technology work of Colleges must be continually innovated on system and management, to fully mobilize initiative of the broad masses of scientific and technological workers, and to be developing with the characteristics and innovation, then work out a technological innovative path of distinctive features and outstanding advantages, therefore achieve a continual development on leapfrog method.
