摘 要:目的:观察重复性低氧对小鼠海马组织内血管内皮生长因子(vascu lar endothelial growth factor,VEGF)蛋白质表达的影响。方法:小鼠低氧0次(H0)、1次(H1)、4次(H4)后取海马组织,应用W estern b lot技术,检测小鼠海马组织内VEGF的蛋白表达变化。结果:实验发现H0、H1和H4组海马组织内VEGF均有表达,H1组与H0组之间没有差异,H4组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在急性低氧预适应小鼠海马组织表达增加可能参与预适应的形成及脑保护。Objective:To detect the effect of acute repeated hypoxia on VEGF expression in mice hippocampus. Methods: Mice were divided into 3 groups randomly and hippocampus tissue was taken after they were respectively exposed to hypoxia for 4 runs (H4 group) ,1 run (H1 group) and 0 run (the control group). Western blot was used to examine the VEGF level in mice hippocampus after its exposure to hypoxia. Results : VEFG expressions were found in the groups of H0, H1 and H4 . VEGF protein levels were found to be increased markedly in the group H4 ( P 〈 0.05, vs. H1 and H0). There was no difference in VEGF protein levels between the group H1 and the group H0. Conclusion : The change of VEGF protein level in acute hypoxic preconditionedmice is closely related to protection of the brain and the formation of preconditioning.
