摘　　要：目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶HindⅢ基因多态性与脑出血的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性方法,对63例脑出血患者和62例健康对照组脂蛋白脂酶基因HindⅢ多态性分析。结果(1)脑出血组HindⅢH+等位基因含量为67·46%,H-等位基因含量为32·54%;健康组HindⅢH+等位基因含量为88·71%,H-等位基因含量为11·29%;脑出血组H-等位基因含量较对照组多(P<0·01);(2)脑出血组血清TG、LDL-c水平较健康组升高(P<0·01);脑出血组血清ApoAⅠ水平较健康组降低(P<0·01)。结论脂蛋白脂酶HindⅢ多态性与脑出血发病有一定相关性,H-等位基因可能是脑出血发病的危险性因素。Objective To study the association of lipoprotein lipase HindⅢ gene polymorphisms with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A PCR-RFLP was used to detect 125 subjects lipoprotein lipase Hind Ⅲ genotypes（including 62controls; 63 Intracerebral Hemorrhage patients）. All the subjects serum lipids and apolipoproteins levels were detected. Results The intraeerebral hemorrhage group carry H ＋ allele 67.46 %, H - allele 32.54 % ; the control group carry H ＋ allele 88.71%, H - allele 11.29 % ; the ratio of H - allele was significantly different among the intraeerebral hemorrhage group and the oontrol group（ P 〈 0.01） ; 2. The intracerebral hemorrhage group had higher TG, LDL-e levels than the control group （ P 〈 0.01） ; and the intraeerebral hemorrhage group had lower ApoA Ⅰ levels than the control group （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The lipoprtein lipase Hind Ⅲ H- allele is oorrdated with intracerebral hemorrhage, and the H- allde may be a risk factor of intraeerebral hemorrhage.
