摘　　要：本文研究的飞机液压泵检测仪采用节流孔测量泵的壳体回油流量,从而测定飞机液压泵的容积效率。使用了计算机数据处理系统,考虑了使用检测仪后的回油阻力、节流器前后流动状态、加工误差、油液温度变化等影响因素并对其进行了修正,满足了部队外场检测需要。该原位检测实现了泵的视情维修,提高了工作效率,减少了器材损耗。The on -equipment test apparatus of pressure pump was developed. The apparatus uses the shell scavenge flux of the throttle - hole - measure pump to mensurate the cubage efficiency of the pressure pump and uses the data processing system to correct the influence of the increase of scavenge resistance, the mismachining tolerance and etc. The apparatus meets the require of the army, achieves the on -condition maintenance process, enhances the work efficiency and lowers the equipment cast.
