摘　　要：通过民营科技企业的创建模式引发出创新动机的研究视角,基于企业资源理论区分了民营科技企业的三种创新动机:领先激励型、模仿追随型和生存适应型,并针对不同战略动机下的技术创新选择提出了系列命题。研究表明,企业资源均衡与否、经营绩效的好坏及其风险承担能力的大小决定了民营科技企业的创新战略。Beginning with the founding model of private scientific and technological enterprise, the authors analyze strategic motivation which drives technological innovation based on the theory of enterprise resource, and divide them into three categories： the top-inspired, the imitation following and the survival adapted. It is found out in the research that the resource, performance and capability for risk-bearing of the business determine their innovation strategy.
