摘  要:在研究以硬质工具进行机器人自动研磨的基础上,建立了采用软质工具的机器人自动研磨系统。根据被研磨工件的表面形状,对研磨轨迹进行了规划。以机器人研磨系统为平台,进行了基础工艺实验,分析了主轴转速、机器人行走速度、横向进给量等工艺参数对研磨质量的影响,从而综合选择合适的工艺参数,并进行相应的误差补偿。通过实验确定了合理的预压量,并进行了等离子熔射制造的车身模具表面研磨试验,得到了较好的研磨效果。Based on the research of robotic automatic grinding with hard grinding tools, this paper establishes robotic automatic grinding system with soft grinding tools. According to the shape of workpiece surface, the grinding path is planed. Then on the platform of the robotic automatic grinding system, basic processing experiments have been carried out and the effects of tool rotating speed, robot moving speed, cross traverse feed on the surface quality are investigated, in order to choose suitable grinding parameters and implement error compensation. Furthermore, the suitable pre-compaction value has been found by the experiment. Based on above processing experiments, the grinding experiment on the surface of the mould manufactured by plasma spray has been carried out. The result is well.
