同源四倍体水稻直链淀粉含量与农艺性状的相关性研究

摘　　要：以成都生物研究所培育的26份同源四倍体水稻(2 n=4 x=48)为材料,测定了其农艺性状和直链淀粉含量(amy-lose content,AC),并进行相关性分析。结果表明:直链淀粉含量除了与株高和籽粒宽呈负相关外,与其它各农艺性状均呈正相关,其中与剑叶长、千粒重和理论产量相关显著,相关系数分别为0.383、0.468和0.377,而与籽粒长相关极显著,相关系数为0.515。In the study,26 autotetraploid rice （2n = 4x = 48）, which were cultivated in Chengdu Institute of Biology, were investigated for the correlation analysis between amylose content and agronomic traits. The results indicated that amylose content was positively correlated with all the agronomic traits except the plant height and grain width. The correlations between amylose content and flag leaf length, 1 000-grain weight, theoretical yield were remarkable, whose correlation coefficients were 0.383, 0.468 and 0.377 respectively, while the correlation between amylose content and grain length was strongly remarkable, with the correlation coefficient reaching 0.515.
