摘　　要：在对索绪尔的学术成就和他的知识结构的优势与缺陷的分析的基础上,深入探讨了二者之间的关系,阐述了索绪尔的敢于突破、创新的科学精神和严谨的治学态度。As for the phenomenon in present academic circles：some scholars are not strict with their own fields, this essay shows the advantages and disadvantages in Saussureg knowledge structure as well as his scholar achievement, and also analyzes the relationship between them. It argues that modern scholars should not cling to the established practice but should put theories into practice and have such spirits of rigorous scholarship and innovativeness.
