摘　　要：企业家人力资本与企业产权安排的不同模式和相机治理直接影响企业家人力资本的受激励水平、程度和企业治理效率。本文在对国内学术界有关企业家人力资本与企业产权安排的实证方面进行综述的基础上,提出对相关问题的思考。The Entrepreneur Human Capital and the enterprise property right arrangement different pattern and the camera government directly affects the entrepreneur human capital to drive the level, the degree and the enterprise govern the efficiency. This article in carries on the summary to the domestic academic circles concerned entrepreneur human capital and the enterprise property right arrangement real diagnosis aspect in the foundation, pro poses to the correlation question ponder.
