摘　　要：目的分析下肢静脉压和下肢静脉最大血流量在外科术后深静脉血栓形成的意义,以期早期诊断、早期护理,预防血栓形成。方法收集术后高度怀疑有下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者167例,并进行下肢静脉压和下肢静脉最大血流量测定,数据作卡方检验和Logistic回归分析。结果下肢静脉压和下肢静脉最大血流量与术后深静脉血栓形的关系,经卡方检验和Logistic回归分析,差异有统计学意义。结论下肢静脉压和下肢静脉最大血流量可以作为临床发现下肢深静脉血栓的早期指标。Objective To analyses the meaning of monitoring of lower extremities venous pressure and maximal blood flow on lmstoperative deep venous thrombosis, in order to give diagnosis and deliver nursing care earlier, and preventing thrombosis. Methods Lower extremities venous pr^sure and maximal bloot flow were monitored for 167 patients who were suspected lower extremities deep venous thrombosis. The data were analyzed by Chi - square test and Logistic regression statistics. Result Lower extremities venous pressure and maximal blood flow are closely related to deep venous thrombosis. The data analyzed by Chi ,square test and Logistic regression statisties that showed significant difference. Conclusion Lower extremities venous pressure and maximal blood flow can be an early clinical indication of finding lower extremities venous thrombosis.
