摘　　要：实验室是培养高素质创新人才的重要场所,实验室主任对于实验室的建设与发展起着至关重要的作用。结合新时期高校实验室的特点,文章对实验室主任在实验教学创新、实验室管理等方面如何做好工作阐明了自己的观点。Labs are the vital places to foster innovative talents of high quality. The directors of these labs play a very important role in the lab construction and development. According to the characteristics of university laboratories in the new period, this paper expiates on a laboratory director＇s job in the experiment teaching innovation and laboratory management.
