摘　　要：介绍了棉针织物先氧漂后酶洗的常规工艺,分析了该工艺处理后织物染色色光不稳定的原因,并提出了先酶洗后氧漂的新工艺。试验结果表明,经新工艺处理后,棉针织物的毛效和白度均有较大幅度的提高,减量率、强降有所降低,染色后各项色牢度均提高半级以上。The conventional process of oxygen bleaching prior to enzyme washing for cotton knitted fabric was introduced, and the reason for unstable shade of treated fabric was analyzed. The new process of enzyme washing prior to oxygen bleaching was put forward. Based on trials, the result showed that capillary effect and whiteness of the fabric were increased greatly, deweighting percentage and strength loss were decreased, and color fastness of dyed fabric was increased more than half grade.
