摘　　要：通过小炉试验进行化学成分调整,成功开发了450M Pa级高强度耐大气腐蚀铁路车辆用钢,工业试生产表明,450M Pa级BN bRE耐大气腐蚀用钢的各项指标达到了铁路车辆用钢的要求。为铁路货车提高载重量进行了有益的尝试。该钢种已经纳入铁道部相关标准,可以正式生产。450MPa railway vehicle steel ,which is high strength and climate-resistant,is developed in middle-frequency vacuum furnace by adjusting chemical composition, and industrial experiment shows that each index of 450MPa NbRE climate-resistant steel reaches standard of railway vehicle steel. This research is a beneficial attempt. To improve railway vehicle loading this steel has been adated to relevant standard of railway department and is allowed to produce.
