脐带静脉移植建立髂内动脉化疗通道的实验研究

摘　　要：用醛化人脐带静脉移植犬髂内动脉建立可供长期穿刺的皮下给药通道。结果２６只犬移植的脐静脉，３个月通畅率为８８．５％（２３／２６），走行于皮下的脐静脉搏动感良好。病理检查显示，多数移植的脐静脉内壁光滑、平整，两端吻合口有内膜生长，并向脐静脉内壁延伸，逐渐替代纤维素膜。本研究表明，脐带静脉可作为动脉移植代用品，建立髂内动脉化疗通道是可行的。The glutaraldehyde-stabilized human umbilical cord veins(HUCV) were implanted to the internal iliac artery in 26 dogs in order to construct a long-term puncturable chemotherapeuticconduit. Our results showed that the patency rate of the conduit in 3 months was 88.5%(23/26)and the patent HUCV,which traveled within the subcutaneous tissue, were in good pulsatile mode.Pathologic study demonstrated that most inner walls of the implanted HUCV were smooth and new proliferating intimae could be seen in the anastomotic sites.The fibrins deposited in the early stage of grafting were gradually replaced by new-proliferating intimae.The experimental results showed that HUCV could be used as substitute of arterial grafting to construct internal iliac arterial chemotherapeutic conduit for long-term drug infusion.
