165例原发性肝癌T淋巴细胞转化试验及临床观察

摘　　要：应用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法作Ｔ淋巴细胞转化试验，观察了１６５例原发性肝癌患者的细胞免疫功能，并以６３例健康人作对照。结果表明：患者Ｔ淋巴细胞转化力较健康人明显低下，其ＣＰＭ与ＳＩ值均低于健康人，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ⅲ期患者ＣＰＭ与ＳＩ均低于Ⅱ期患者，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗有效者ＣＰＭ与ＳＩ升高，无效者则降低；ＣＰＭ与ＳＩ值接近正常者预后好、生存期长，严重低下者则预后差，生存期短。提示原发性肝癌患者细胞免疫功能低下，３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法Ｔ淋巴细胞转化试验不失为测定原发性肝癌患者细胞免疫功能的重要方法与可靠指标，能为判断病程、疗效、预后及制订治疗方案提供帮助。Cellular immune function of 165 primary hepatoma patients was observed and contrasted with 63 normal persons through T-lymphocyte transformation test by 3H-TdR method, The results showed that the T-lymphocyte transformation rate of patients was remarkably decreased,and their value of CPM and SI was lower than that of normal persons.There is Significant difference between them(P<0. 01).The value of CPM and SI in stage Ⅲ patients was lower than in stage Ⅱ patients(P<0.01).After the chemotherapy, the value of CPM and SI in positively responsed patients increased, and decreased in negatively responsed patients.The prognosis was better and the survival time was longer in patients with nearly normal value of CPM and SI. It suggested that the cellular immune function of primary hepatoma patients was low.The T-lymphocyte transformation test might be considered as an important method and reliable index for detecting the cellular immune function of the patients with primary hepatoma, and it is helpful to the judgement of course,curative effects,prognosis of disease as well as to drawing up the therapeutic scheme of disease.
