摘　　要：明胶膜具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,并且其物化性质能被调节,因而应用比较广泛。本文综述了明胶膜及其复合膜作为可食性包装膜、自营养性覆盖膜以及医学材料的应用,同时还简述了明胶膜及其复合膜的机械性能、生物降解性等性能。Gelatin film has excellent bioeompafibility and biodegradability. In addition, the properties of gelatin film could be adjusted according to the application, so gelatin film is applied in many fields. This paper reviewed the application of gelatin film as edible film, mulching film and biomedical material. Mechanical, barrier, and biodegradability properties of gelatin films and composite gelatin film were also narrated.
