Treatment of 38 Cases of Post-Herpes Neuralgia by Encircled Needling plus Cotton Moxibustion

摘　　要：Objective： To investigate a therapeutic method for post-herpes neuralgia.Methods： Seventy-six cases of post-herpes neuralgia were equally divided into the treatment group treated with encircled needing and cotton moxibustion and control group treated with the routine acupuncture. Results： The total effective rate was 94.7% in the treatment group and 78.9% in control group. Conclusion： The encircled needing plus cotton moxibustion had the better therapeutic effect than routine acupuncture in treating post-herpes neuralgia.目的:探索治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的一种疗法。方法:78例患者分为两组,一组采用病变局部围刺,然后在疼痛部位施行棉花灸治疗,另一组用常规针刺方法治疗。结果:围刺加棉花灸治疗的总有效率为94.7%,常规针剌法为78.9%。结论:围刺加棉花灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果优于常规针刺法。
