摘　　要：武树臣教授所著《中国法律思想史》是一部有着“尝试性的新探索”的作品,但在中国法律思想史的研究对象、评价标准和研究方法等方面还存在着值得商榷的地方;书中在撰写编校方面也存在的严重的质量问题,值得吸取教训,创新之时还要精益求精。＂History of Chinese Legal Thought＂ written by professor Wu Shuchen is a new book featured by ＂a new attempted exploration＂. However, there are some issues worthy of discussing in this book. For example, as to the history of Chinese legal thought, what are its studying objects, evaluating standards and methods of scientific research. Especially the serious quality problems in writing and editing make it a type of rough manufacture, a representation of academic fickleness, a severe signal of degeneration of scientific research.
