摘　　要：研制出一种滚镀镍铁合金新工艺。提出了几项镍铁合金电镀中阻止亚铁离子氧化成铁离子的措施。对该工艺的特点、工艺规范、镀液配制、添加剂的作用及控制以及生产维护(包括稳定二价铁离子、镀层含铁量的控制、镀液pH和温度的控制等)分别进行了介绍。该工艺克服了滚筒的转动将空气带入镀液中氧化二价铁离子的问题,不但节约了昂贵的金属镍,同时具有镀液稳定、维护容易,镀层洁白光亮、结合力优良等优点。A new process of barrel Ni-Fe alloy plating was developed. Several measures to prevent ferrous ion from being oxidized to ferricion during Ni-Fe alloy plating were presented. The process features, process criterion, preparation of plating bath, functions and control of additives, and production maintenance （including stabilization of ferrous ion, control of iron content in the deposit, control of bath pH and temperature, etc. ） were respectively introduced. The process overcomes the problem of oxidization of ferrous ion resulting from the air carried into the bath by the tumbling plating barrel. It not only saves expensive nickel ,but also has advantages of stable bath, easy maintenance, pure white, bright and good adhesion deposit.
