摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化切割术(TUVP)治疗晚期前列腺癌的疗效。方法对30例晚期前列腺癌患者进行TUVP治疗,同时联合内分泌治疗。结果30例患者主、客观症状,最大尿流率(MFR),平均尿流率(AFR),残余尿量均较术前明显改善。结论TUVP治疗晚期前列腺癌是安全、有效的姑息疗法,能有效减少尿路梗阻所致的并发症同时提高了患者的生活质量,为继续内分泌治疗创造有利条件。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral vaporization of prostate （TUVP） for the treatment of advanced prostatic cancer. [Methods] 30 cases of advanced prostatic cancer were treated by TUVP and endocrine therapy. [Results] Improvements in subjective symptoms, objective signs, maximum flow rate and average flow rate and residual urine were significant. [Conclusions] TUVP is believed to be safe and effective in relieving the urethral obstruction caused by advanced prostatic cancer so as to improve the life quality of the patients and also make a better conditions for endorine therapy.
