基层医院眼科转诊眼球穿孔伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析基层医院在处理眼球穿孔伤时所存在的问题,使眼球穿通伤在基层医院得到合理和及时的治疗。方法:对眼球穿孔伤104例108眼(其中84例88眼是由基层医院转来)进行回顾性分析。结果:多数由基层医院转来患者预后较差。结论:应提高基层医院眼科处理眼球穿孔伤的处理水平。AIM： To discuss the reasonable and promptly therapy of ocular perforation in grass-root hospitals by analyzing patients with ocular perforation transferred from grass-root hospitals. METHODS： The clinical data of 104 cases （108 eyes） with ocular perforation from grass-root hospitals were retrospectively studied.RESULTS： Most of patients transferred from basic hospitals had unfavourable prognosis. Conclusion： The ability of diagnosis and therapy of oculist should be improved in grass-root hospitals.
