摘　　要：目的检测SPARC在人胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测108例胃癌和89例正常胃黏膜组织中SPARC的表达情况。结果SPARC主要表达在胃癌的间质细胞,少数表达在胃癌细胞。SPARC在胃癌组织间质细胞的阳性表达率(88·0%)显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(14·1%)(P<0·01)。肿瘤细胞SPARC表达与胃癌生物学特性及临床各病理因素均无相关性;而间质细胞SPARC的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移及临床分期有相关性,与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、远处转移均无相关性。结论SPARC在胃癌间质过度表达可能促进胃癌的转移,可作为判断胃癌生物学行为的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of the secreted protein, acidic and rich in cysteine （SPARC） in human gastric carcinoma and its relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of SPARC was detected in 108 cases of human gastric carcinoma specimens and 89 cases of normal gastric mucosa by using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry. Results The SPARC was expressed mainly in the stroma cells and little in cancer cells. The positive rate of SPARC in the stroma cells of gastric carcinoma was 88.0%, which was higher than that in normal tissues（ 14. 1% ） （P 〈0. 01 ）. Epithelial SPARC expression was unrelated to the biological speciality and clinical pathologic factors of gastric carcinoma. The stromal positive expression rate of SPARC was significantly related with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, but it did not correlate with sex, age, tumor size , the depth of tumor invasion and distant metastasis. Conclusion Stromal SPARC expression in human gastric carcinoma seems to accelerate the metastasis of gastric carcinoma. SPARC is considered as an important guideline in estimating of biological speciality of gastric carcinoma.
