摘 要:目的:观察不同牙齿漂白方法后釉质表面粗糙度及其与变形链球菌粘附能力的改变。方法:将140颗因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙,随机分为实验组(各55颗)或空白对照组(30颗)。两实验组分别采用BEYOND冷光美白系统冷光美白和涂Opalescence漂白剂,粗糙度轮廓仪测定其釉质表面粗糙度,并用扫描电镜观察各样本表面形态,然后将变形链球菌培养72 h后加入样本,计数生长的每毫升菌落形成单位CFU/mL。结果:空白对照组与BE-YOND冷光美白组及Opalescence漂白剂组之间在粗糙度和菌落形成计数上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);并且BE-YOND冷光美白组和Opalescence漂白剂组在平均粗糙度和菌落形成计数上存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:两种漂白方法都会增加釉质表面的粗糙度,使变形链球菌在釉质表面的粘附增加,但BEYOND冷光美白组较Opal-escence漂白组对釉质影响小。Objective: To investigate the changing of enamel surface fineness and Streptococcus mutans adhesive ability when using two tooth bleaching methods. Methods: 140 extracted premolars were divided into experimental and control groups. The control group contained 30 teeth. In the experimental group, 55 teeth were bleached with BEYOND cold light bleaching system, while other 55 teeth were bleached Opalescence bleaching agent. Then the enamel surface fineness was measured, All specimens were embedded into the cultural substrate in which the Streptococcus mutans had incubated for 72 hours, The CFU value per ml was calculated. The surface morphology of all specimens was observed with SEM, The fineness testing device was used to measure the surface fineness. Results: There was statistical difference in the surface fineness and CFU value between the control group and both experimental groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and difference was also found between two experimental groups (P 〈 0, 01 ). Conclusion: Both bleaching methods can increase the surface fineness and the Streptococcus mutans adhesion, but BEYOND cold light bleaching system has less effect than that of Opalescence bleaching agent.
